Purchase a mp3 player from Low Yat Plaza. They are having a promotion but it still cost me RM1150 after discount. It is a Sony NWHD5. Lastest model from them and what I liked about it is the navigation button. Easy to use. I had compared it to Creative Zen Micro but I hated the touchpad button. Ipod is out of the picture to due its higher price. I had read a few reviews and it is highly recommended. The only drawback is I need to use its own software to transfer music file. Now I am thinking what songs to upload on its 20GB HDD..

Heavy rain

Seems like the haze is finally over for now. This morning at 8.45am, it started to rain very heavily and I got an appointment at ampang point at 10.30am. Force to go out early and most of my attire got wet even though I got umbrella.

After the appointment, went to Public bank to update my passbook and the money from buyer of my stuff from Ebay still have not gone through to my account. Kind of tired of this type of payment. If only Malaysia accepts Paypal.

The rest of evening went to Borders to read some books and listen to CDs. Listen to James Blunt's Back to Bedlum and it is pretty good. Though of buying it but I already had downloaded the whole album. Stick to mp3 for now

Haze go away pls

Haze today in the morning is bad..In the afternoon, it gets better and at night, I can see KLCC from my house..Hope it stay that way.

Haze Hazard

Today the haze is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Early in the morning, the haze is still pretty controllable. You could at least see 5-7 cars on the road if the are line up one by one.

By afternoon, the haze is so bad that I could only see 3 cars and can even smell the burning ashes. API index is about 300++ for PJ and KL. Port Klang and Kuala Selangor is over 500 and it means hazardous. Emergency is declared in the 2 states.

The rest of the afternoon, I went to Amcorp mall to 'hide' and stay at my cousin shop to enjoy air con. My uncle sent me back home after 9pm. Hope tomorrow will be a better day. However, I think the haze will not be going away till next week.

Choke on haze

Today the haze had gone from bad to worse. My eyes had been in pain from the haze and I can smell the burning ashes when walking out in the open. It is that bad. I read that the Indo minister apologised in the newspaper but I am thinking what the use of apologising? Better do something to clear the burning in Sumatra forest than talk cock.
If this haze goes on for the next 2 days, many people will get sick and the doctors will be so happy.

Malay Wedding

Went to a malay friend wedding reception at his house in Datuk Keramat. Have a hard time locate his house even though he gave a map to it. Eat lunch there and the food is quite tasty. However, weather is extremely hot and was sweating all the time. Left the place about 2 hour later and go back straight to home.

PC Fair

Went to PC fair today at KLCC. Thinkin to buy a DVD RW so that I can burn all my mpeg files from my HDD to DVD. My HDD is about 60GB and almost full. Some files could not be burn to CD as it is too big and I also want to reduce my collection of CDs.

Reach there at 1.30pm to meet Sook Yee and her family. What a crowd. The place is a nightmare. Way too many people. So difficult to walk around with the crowd. We went to Burger King at Avenue K to have lunch. There is no way you can get a seat if had it at KLCC.

Bought Imation DVD RW at Rm220 and some blank DVD. Not very cheap but still saved about RM10 when compared with Low Yat seller there. Left the crowded place at 4pm and once reach home, install the DVD and starts to burn my stuff..Already 2 DVD is done. More tomorrow.

Today weather is also very poor. Hazy in KL. Terrible.

Hot and Hazy

Weather extremely hot today. Was sweating like mad when walking towards office after alighting from bus stop. Later in the evening, the weather turns hazy. Terrible day. How I wish my rented room have air con. I think I will have hard time sleeping tonight.
